AnsCare Level 1 procedural masks are manufactured by ANS-PAK in the USA under exacting quality control standards. The mask construction features custom-designed elastic ear loops to provide all-day comfort and prevent ear fatigue, and a flexible coated metal nose bridge which can be adjusted to provide a close, gap-free fit. The 3-ply material provides protection which exceeds ASTM Level 1 (F2100-19) requirements.

Mask Construction
AnsCare Procedural Masks feature three-layer construction:
- Outer layer: 25 GSM hydrophobic non-woven PP spunbond
- Middle layer: 27 GSM BRE >95% non-woven PP meltblown
- Inner layer: 25 GSM soft absorbent non-woven PP spunbond
Comfort ear loops are soft, lightweight 3mm elastic. Nose bridge is 3mm PP coated flexible forming metal.

Certifications and Registrations
- BFE (Bacterial Filtration Efficiency): ≥ 95%. Test performed to determine the filtration efficiency of test articles by comparing the bacterial control counts upstream of the test article to the bacterial counts downstream.
- PFE (Particle Filtration Efficiency): ≥ 95%. Test performed to evaluate the non-viable particle filtration efficiency (PFE) of the test article.
- Differential Pressure (Breathability): < 5.0 mmH2O/cm2. The Delta P test is performed to determine the breathability of test articles by measuring the differential air pressure on either side of the test article using a manometer, at a constant flow rate.
- Flammability: Burn time ≥ 3.5 seconds. Test performed to evaluate the flammability of plain surface clothing textiles by measuring the ease of ignition and the speed of flame spread.
- Synthetic Blood Penetration Resistance: Passed 80 mmHg requirements. Test performed to evaluate surgical facemasks and other types of protective clothing materials designed to protect against fluid penetration.
Storage and Transportation Conditions
- Transport and store in a dry and well-ventilated area.
- Prevent exposure to direct sunlight, rain, fire, corrosive gas, and rat/insect contact.
- Do not store in conditions with relative humidity over 80%.
- Shelf life: 2 years.
